  • “Do you do international shipping?”

    Yes, but please be aware that there is a higher cost for shipping.

  • “Can I return/exchange an order?”

    Yes. As long as the order is not fulfilled by Everpress, I can refund and/or exchange your order for whatever reason. I’ll provide you with a return label as well.

  • “Can I cancel an order?”

    As long as it’s not fulfilled by Everpress, yes. Please reach out to my email and I can process a refund and cancellation as soon as possible.

    I only ask that you excuse a seemingly delayed order, as chances are USPS might’ve lost it in transit (in such cases I send out a new copy as soon as I find out)

  • “My T-shirt/Hoodie hasn’t arrived in a few weeks, why?”

    I use Everpress to manufacture & deliver the clothing. They’re a UK based company so unfortunately there’s a delay between order, manufacture & fulfillment. I provide an estimated “ship by” date on the product listing; after that, you can expect your shirt in around 14-21 business days (usually arrives in ~7 business days though).

  • “My order hasn’t arrived yet/in the estimated timeframe, why?”

    If you’re experiencing this issue, I’d like to apologize for any inconvenience. I’m just one guy managing these orders; in between fulfillment & shows, my time is stretched pretty thin but I’m trying my best and I hope to get your order out to you as soon as possible.
